SpringWest Capital Corp — Michael Evans, CEO
01
Client Qualification
The prospective investor completes the SpringWest Capital Corp Client Due Diligence Profile. Michael Evans, CEO, reviews all submissions personally. Only principals meeting the $100M minimum threshold are advanced.
02
NDA & KYC Execution
Upon qualification, the client executes a Non-Disclosure Agreement and submits full KYC documentation. All materials are handled exclusively through SpringWest Capital Corp.
03
MOU Execution
A Memorandum of Understanding is executed between the client and the platform, establishing the terms of engagement, blocking commitment, and contract structure.
04
Capital Block Confirmation
Client funds remain in the client's own account at all times. The blocking mechanism varies depending on where the account is domiciled — certain accounts are blocked internally and can be unblocked with a phone call from the investor to their bank officer at the custodial account. No funds are transferred, moved, or encumbered.
05
Contract Issuance & Program Entry
Upon confirmation, the platform issues the formal contract. The 10–13 month term begins. Monthly net returns of 20–22% (client share after platform split) are distributed directly to the client's account.

SpringWest Capital Corp operates internationally. However, certain nationalities and institutions are not accepted by the Federal Reserve and program banks. Citizens of sanctioned states — including Saudi Arabia, Libya, Iran, North Korea, and Venezuela — are not directly eligible.
STANDARD WORKAROUND
The most common solution is for the investor to purchase a European company, install European directors, and establish a bank account for that company at a regular European bank. Program profits are then distributed to the investor via a formal loan agreement between the investor and the company. This structure has been successfully completed on behalf of numerous clients.
If a client is 100% transparent, cooperative, and professional — and their assets can be verified — a compliant solution can be found. Problems can be solved. Dishonesty cannot.
ACCOUNT & SIGNATORY RULES
One signatory only
There can be only one (1) signatory on an investor's account. No exceptions.

Due diligence covers the individual and the specific assets in question.

Leased, pledged, or third-party-controlled instruments are not accepted under any circumstances.

Monthly Net Returns
20–22% per month (client share after platform split)
Principal Risk
None — funds are never moved or leveraged from your account
Subsequent Programs
Parallel or subsequent programs available after successful first term. Once a client has received 100% return and a strong relationship of mutual trust has been established, they may be approached with bullet programs — short-duration contracts that allow for extreme returns in a compressed timeframe. These programs move very quickly and are presented only to clients we know well and who are fully confident in the platform.

Michael Evans reviews and approves client files, which are then submitted to the Managing Director and Founder of the Platform. The Platform submits the approved program to the Federal Reserve Board in New York and Washington.
